I started The Emerald Advisory because I have seen what happens when accountability grows faster than authority, when processes are unclear and when businesses rely on people working harder instead of improving how the work is organised.
Throughout my career, I have worked across operations, service delivery, budgeting, reporting, governance, process improvement, records and information management, project delivery and leadership.
That experience taught me an important lesson:
